10 Year High School Reunion
Day 3:
Potluck at Stewart Park today. I wasn't going to go because it was a family event. I, alone, hardly constitute a family. But I went anyway and met Vince and Christy there. Shane was also there. Plenty others too. Some I hadn't seen at the other events. Even some people I hadn't known well came over and said hi. Saw a few women I had crushes on at some time or another. All are married with children and thin. I guess my taste wasn't too bad, huh?
The most amazing thing to me is how I can see so many people for the first time in forever and it's like we were never apart. That's true friendship...Oh, and man-hugs are ok when you haven't seen someone in a long time too.
note: At our graduation night party in 1998, there was a poster to sign and write notes on. that poster was displayed at the picnic. I photographed select portions that had significance for me.
